IITSA celebrated Teachers’ Day
5th September, an auspicious day for students to express their gratitude towards their teachers on Teachers Day, which marks the birth of a great teacher Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishan.
ITSA committee organized a Teachers’ Day programme. It started by garlanding Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishan’s photo followed by lighting the lamps by Dr. Vinayak Bharadi (HoD), Prof. Santosh Jadhav and Prof. Priyanka Bandagale. The students welcomed the teachers with a token of love. Dr. V. Bharadi, HoD, inspired the students through his ideas. Ms. Shahista Sheikh (T.E. IT) and Mast. Pranav Bhave (B.E. IT) volunteered to express their views on behalf of all the students.
The committee organized games for teachers for entertainment and strengthening the bondage. A skit was performed by ITSA committee members adding colours to the occasion. The event ended by a word of thanks and refreshments for the teachers. Ms. Rucha Hardikar and Ms. Komal Redij anchored the event. It turned out to be the catalyst for developing the bonds between teachers and students.
