Finolex Academy was accorded Gold Rating in AICTE – CII Survey of Industry Linked Technical Institutes 2019. A total of 714 institutes were shortlisted out of 3842 institutes in the Full Survey carried by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi in association with Confederation of Indian Industry.
The survey aimed to assess the status of partnership between technical institutions and industry. It has been designed based on the six basic parameters such as curriculum, faculty, infrastructure, research, and services/project & skill development, placements and governance. All parameters are examined purely from industry and output perspective and not from an academic perspective. The parameters have been designed to give insights into:
- The extent to which institutes have been able to meet the dynamic demands of industry-responsive education
- Institute’s capabilities and resources to produce talent in order to meet market requirements
The institutes are given gold, silver and platinum ratings based on their performance in these parameters.
