The department of Mechanical Engineering conducted Course Enrichment Program (CEP) for the subject Heat Transfer on “Fin Optimization” on 13thOctober, 2017 for third year Mechanical Engineering students. It was delivered by Prof. V S Bagade and attended by 30 students of TE Mechanical. The objective of this program was to enrich the students with the contents beyond syllabus which are not only important for the subjects in upcoming semesters but for competitive examinations. Optimization with fin constant cross section and with fin thickness method was discussed.
