Farewell 2024
Department of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering (EXTC) under the Association for Students of Electronics and Telecommunication (ASENT) organized a Farewell function for Final Year students of AY 2023-24 on 20th April 2024. The event was hosted by students of TE EXTC Ms. Urfa Bhattiwale and Mr. Tejas Bagawe. The program was attended by the Department faculty and students.
Dr. S. V. Chougule, HOD EXTC, stated the importance of all-around development in students’ college life. She emphasized the expected qualities in students while working in the corporate field and social life. Madam also discussed technical knowledge upgradation and skills, to meet the requirements of Industry and expressed best wishes to BE students. Prof. G S Kulkarni guided the student regarding the future perspective and offered best wishes to students. Many students of BE EXTC expressed their views regarding their involvement with the department and the Institute.
Ms Riya Afandkar, a student of TE EXTC, also shared her different experiences and dedicated one poem “The College Life” to BE EXTC Students. The program was further followed by a video clip of memories made by BE EXTC students. The program was successfully concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. Aliya Upadye, Student Chief Coordinator of ASENT. The day ended by capturing memories with photo sessions.
Prof. M. K. Zagade (ASENT Faculty In-charge) coordinated this event under the guidance of Dr. S. V. Chougule, HOD EXTC.
This program served the following objectives:
- To Give best wishes to all BE students for their bright future.
- To motivate students of SE and TE EXTC through experiences shared by BE students.
