Department of Mechanical Engineering Conducted SolidWorks Skill-based Certification Course
The Department of Mechanical Engineering organized 32 hours Skill-based Certification Course on SolidWorks in association with Mechatol Product Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Pune, under the guidance of Dr. M.S. Kirkire (Head- Mechanical Engineering Department) from 10th to 13th January 2024 for T.E and B.E. Mechanical Engineering students.
Dr Kaushal Prasad, (Principal) highlighted the importance of job-relevant skills and thanked Mechatol Product Engineering Solutions for their support.
Dr. M. S. Kirkire (HoD Mechanical & Dean – Student Affairs -Technical), highlighted the importance of SolidWorks Skills during the inaugural function.
A total of 24 students completed the course. The students were jointly certified by Finolex Academy of Management & Technology and Mechatol Product Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Pune. The following aspects were covered – drawing, modelling, sheet metal and assembly modelling.
