CSE Department Held Freshflix 2k22
Association of Computer Science and Engineering Students (ACSES) organized a welcome function Freshflix 2k22” on 18th August 2022. Dr K. K Prasad, the Principal; Dr S.B. Kulkarni, Dean – Faculty; Prof. V.V. Nimbalkar, Head of Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) Department and all faculty members teaching to SE and TE students of Computer Science Engineering Department graced the function.
The function started with an introduction of the department and program by Ms Sanika Pawar and Mr Kawshal Shirdhankar, class representatives of TE CSE. All the invitees including faculty and staff members were felicitated. Dr Kaushal Prasad addressed the students on enhancing their skill set along with academics considering the placement. All faculty members shared the suggestions to the students to develop themselves both in academics as well as beyond and to get updated with the current technologies.
The department also congratulated and felicitated the students who achieved exceptional grades in the past semester exam with a token of appreciation. Mr Zohaib Hamdule and Mr Raj Chavan (TE CSE) were felicitated for giving the title to the student committee of CSE(ACSES) and for designing its logo respectively.
Mr Omkar Khade and Mr. Gaurav Waze coordinated the program along with Prof. A. N. Shetye, the faculty coordinator. Mr. Kawshal Shirdhankar and Ms. Sanika Pawar hosted the program. A total of 59 students of SE and TE CSE actively participated. The program was organized and conducted under the guidance of Prof. Vrishali V. Nimbalkar.The programme offered an opportunity to the students to interact with each other and build the team spirit. It also gave an exposure to the students to organize the function entirely to learn management skills and teamwork.
