Course Enrichment Program on “Introduction to Analysis and Synthesis of Mechanisms”
The department of Mechanical Engineering organized a course enrichment program for second year Mechanical Engineering students on March 25,2017. The students were enriched with contents beyond syllabus such as – kinematic synthesis of mechanisms, accuracy points, spacing of accuracy points, coupler curves and cognate linkages. At the end, students were introduced to Synthesis and Analysis of Mechanism (SAM) software. Total 109 students registered for the course.
The course was conducted by Prof. Sachin Mestry and coordinated by Prof. Milind Yadav under the guidance of Dr. Milind Kirkire (Head, Mechanical Engineering Department).
