The Department of Information Technology conducted a Bridge Course on 3G/4G/5G Communication Standards on 28th September, 2019 for S.E. IT students. Prof. Deven Ketkar, Faculty in TT department, conducted the course.
Total 49 students from SE IT attended the course. The main objective of this course was to introduce S.E. IT students to different communication standards such as 3G/4G and 5G. Prof. Deven Ketkar elaborated the comparative analysis regarding these communication standards and how 5G technology will be different from all current technologies. The said course was basically organized to cover preliminaries and to fill gaps in the curriculum. The course would be very much useful for the students who also shared a very positive feedback for the same.
