AWIM (A World In Motion) Olympics Competition 2025
The AWIM (A World In Motion) Olympics Competition 2025 was held with great enthusiasm on 12th February 2025 at Finolex Academy of Management and Technology, Ratnagiri. This inspiring event was jointly organized by Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. and the NSS Unit of FAMT, aiming to nurture scientific temper, teamwork, and innovative thinking among school students.
The inauguration and Deep Prajwalan were conducted with great enthusiasm by Prof. Dr. Kaushal Prasad and Principal Mrs. Apoorva Murkar (GGPS High School).
The event showcased the remarkable participation of 18 teams, featuring Skimmer (5th std.) and Jet toy (6th std.), with around 72 enthusiastic students and 18 dedicated teachers from various schools in the Ratnagiri region. The Valedictory and Prize distribution ceremony witnessed the esteemed presence of Prof. Dr. Milind Yadav, Prof. Hemant Chavan, and Mr. Mujib Bangi (Naik Motors) adding prestige to the event. Prizes were awarded for Overall Winner and 1st Runner up, in each toy group, accompanied by six additional prizes recognizing outstanding achievements in track events.
