Awareness Talk on “Women Rights and Laws”
Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) of Finolex Academy of Management and Technology, Ratnagiri had organized a talk on “Women Rights and Laws” on Thursday 29th Sep. 2022, at 11.30 a.m. in seminar hall EN2/5.
Mrs. Madhavi Jadhav (Protection Officer, Mahila Balkalyan Department) and Mrs. Aditi Deshpande (ICC Member) were the resource persons for the same.
Dr. Sharada Chougule, the Convener and Presiding Officer of ICC, introduced the objectives and responsibilities of Internal Complaint Committee. Dr. Kaushal Prasad guided the audience through this programme.
Mrs. Aditi Deshpande NGO member of ICC shared her experiences regarding the problems faced by women and the awareness required to avoid and resolve such problems. Mrs. Madhavi Jadhav spoke about the cases of women harassment at workplace and made the audience aware about the Women Rights and Laws. Prof. Vrinda Kulkarni Secretory ICC, anchored the programme. A Total of 66 students attended the programme.
