Add-on course on Arduino Under IETE Students Forum (ISF)
Add-on Course on Arduino, under IETE Students Forum (ISF), was organized by the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, from 22nd January to 24th February 2023. In this course, the students were given hands-on exposure to hardware interfacing and Programming of various modules such as LED, ADC, PWM, light brightness control, Buzzer, LDR, LCD, Seven segments Display, serial communication, servo motor etc.
The objective of this workshop is to explore Arduino programming and its application development towards project building among the students.
This course was organized to serve the following outcomes:
- To understand and get familiar with the Arduino board, Arduino IDE
- Apply practical knowledge and skill to solve real-time technical problems in a group.
- Demonstrate the capabilities of individual and teamwork
Mr Azal S Naik, the Student coordinator, welcomed the speaker and all participants. Dr. S. V. Chougule, Head of E&TC Department, graced the inaugural program and delivered the keynote address about the add-on course on Arduino and its applications in Project Building.
Prof. Amol R. Sutar, Assistant Professor in EXTC Department, conducted the course.The training program was coordinated by students Mr. Naik Azal Saleem, Ms. Sawant Vaibhavi Satappa, Mr. Kadam Siddesh Santosh, Mr. Herekar Mahesh Vishnu of EXTC Department, under the guidance of HOD EXTC Dr. S V Chougule. A total of 49 participants from SE completed this course with active participation.
