A Workshop On Introduction to DWSIM
A workshop on ‘Introduction to DWSIM’ was conducted on the 16th and 20th of January 2023 for final-year students in the Department of Chemical Engineering. The workshop was conducted under the Modeling Simulation and Optimization Laboratory to introduce the students to DWSIM, a Process Simulator in Chemical Engineering. The resource person for the workshop was Prof. A. K. Bandsode, of Chemical Engineering Department. The students were taught to create a flowsheet and specify material streams in DWSIM. The students also learned to simulate the resulting flowsheet.
The workshop was coordinated by Prof. A. K. Bandsode and supported by Dr N. G. Kanse, the head of the Chemical Engineering Department.
