A Session on ‘How to Plan for Start-up: Legal and Ethical Steps
The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML), in collaboration with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) and Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Cell (IEDC), organized an Expert Talk on “How to Plan for Start-up: Legal and Ethical Steps” on 11th April 2025 at 11:30 AM.
The session was held for all FAMT students with a focus on the essential legal and ethical aspects of establishing a start-up, with a special emphasis on cyber security in the digital era. A total of 31 students were present for the event. The session provided a platform for students to understand the intersection of law, ethics, and technology, encouraging responsible innovation and sustainable entrepreneurship.
The expert speaker for the session was Dr Akshay Phatak, owner of IT Computer Solution, who brings a unique blend of knowledge and experience to the table. He holds a Doctorate in Astrology and is certified as a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). His insightful guidance gave students a better understanding of the foundational steps necessary to launch a successful and ethically responsible start-up.
