Welcome to the First Year Engineering Department at FAMT. Our department plays a vital role in building the strong foundation essential for the fundamental requirements of Engineering and the Master of Computer Application. Alongside academic excellence, we emphasize health consciousness, cultural awareness, and a sense of social responsibility among our students.
We nurture students from all programs with a robust grounding in basic sciences, Mathematics, Communication Skills, and various engineering disciplines. The diversified needs of our students are met through a wide range of curricular and extra-curricular activities, mentoring, and the First Year Engineering Student Association (FESA).
Our department is proud to have a team of highly qualified and well-experienced faculty, with an average experience of over 17 years. Each mentor monitors the overall progress of their students, acting as a friend and guide to enhance their performance.
