Webinar on “Machine Learning”
A webinar on “Machine Learning” was organized by the Information Technology department on 21 September, 2021. Mr. Prateek Tiwari from ATS LEARNING SOLUTIONS, delivered a session for S.E. & T.E. IT and CSE(AI&ML) students through Microsoft Teams app. The main objective of organizing this webinar was to provide the students an insight into career prospects in the domain of AI, ML along with essential skill building.
This session was attended by 122 IT and CSE(AI&ML) students. It helped the students to know about what AI/ML is all about and after gaining the knowledge of this domain the opportunities that are available in the industry. Mr Tiwari explained the roles and responsibilities associated with various job positions such as machine learning engineer, the requisite skill sets, ways to build these skillsets, and the different recruiting companies. He also provided information about Microsoft machine learning certifications.
The session was initiated by HOD IT, Prof. Dr Vinayak A. Bharadi along with Prof. Ashish B.Vartak as the webinar coordinator.
