The department of Information Technology organized a Webinar on Cross-Platform Mobile Application Development on 7th August 2020 from 11.00 AM to 12.00 PM for upgrading the knowledge of the students and to give them the exposure to new technologies used in the industry.
Cross-platform mobile development refers to the development of mobile apps that can be used on multiple mobile platforms. In the business world, a growing trend called BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) is rising. These tools are useful because they decrease costs and increase the speed at which apps are developed.
In the webinar, 90 students from SE, TE, and BE of Information Technology and 80 students from the Electronics and Telecommunication Department participated. The webinar was delivered by Mr. Deepak Garg of ATS Learning Solutions. The webinar was coordinated by Prof. Mangesh Balpande. The online webinar was conducted on the go-to meeting platform.
