The most awaited annual gathering of FAMT i.e. Utopia- a Cultural Festival was organized on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd March 2020. Founder’s Day was celebrated in memory of the Founder President Late P. P. Chhabria on the first day, along with the inaugural function for Utopia and Brainwaves.
Honorable Minister of Higher and Technical Education Shri. Udayji Samant was the Special Chief Guest while Dr. Anand Deshpande (President – Persistent Technologies) was the Chief Guest of the Function. Shri Narendra Goidani was the guest of honor on the inaugural function. Honorable President of Hope Foundation, Mrs. Aruna M. Katara presided over the function. Principal- Dr. Kaushal Prasad and Dean Faculty – Dr. S. B. Kulkarni also shared the dais with the dignitaries.
During the three days full of enthusiasm, many programmes and competitions took place under Utopia. Voice of FAMT- Hindi Orchestra, Rockband- Instrumental and Western Singing, Dhol- Tasha, Natyarang- Marathi Dramas, Dances, Fashion, Image, Streeties, Antakshari, etc. are to note among them. All the performing artists of FAMT rocked with their fabulous performances during three days of the cultural festival ‘Utopia’. As a part of Utopia Rose Day, Chocolate Day, Traditional Day, Gang Day, Face-painting Day, and Signature Day were celebrated. Many students participated in those events to showcase their talent.
