Association for Students of Electronics and Telecommunication (ASENT) organized a technical fest TechSpring- 2k19 with a motto ‘SHOW YOUR SKILLS, EXPLORE YOUR TALENTS’ from 31stJanuary to 1stFebruary 2019. The Chief Guest Mr. Samrjeet P. Chavan, Business Lead & Director – Jeet Fortuneline Pvt. Ltd., Sangli, digitally inaugurated TechSpring 2019 in presence of Dr. Kaushal Prasad, Principal; Dr. S. V. Chougule, HoD-E&TC Department; Prof. G.S.Kulkarni; Prof. A. A. Chavan,Faculty Incharge – ASENT; Mr. Sahil Magdum and Mr. Omkar Mali , Student Chief Co-ordinator – ASENT.
The Chief Guest motivated & appreciated the students for systematic organization of the event in his inaugral talk. Dr. S. V. Chougule, HoD E&TC, emphasized the importance of organizing such events for personal grooming of the students in her address. Dr. Kaushal Prasad, Principal, focused on significance of the event in career building of students. The dignitaries congratulated the students for a very successful event and praised their teamwork, management skills and collaborative for making fantastic decoration highlighting latest telecom trends.
TechSpring-2k19 encouraged the students to showcase their innovative ideas and technical excellence. Continuing the trend in previous year, there was an overwhelming response from the students of various institutes across Konkan region. Models of satellite and mobile communication created by the students, grabbed the attention of all. The students enthusiastically participated & showcased their talent in Project Presentation, Circuit Building, Technical Powerpoint Presentation, Technical quiz, Spell-Bee, Tech-Photo, Blind fold, Box cricket, Logic master, Mehendi etc. during this techfest.
The programme was successfully concluded with a prize distribution ceremony and a vote of thanks by. Omkar Mali, Chief Coordinator ASENT.
