Parichay 2K22
The Department of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering under Association for Students of Electronics and Telecommunication (ASENT) organized ‘Parichay-2K22’ on 29th January 2022 online.
‘Parichay-2K22’ is celebrated to welcome Second Year students in the department. Dr S V Chougule, HoD E&TC, Ms A. A. Chavan, ASENT Faculty In-charge, Faculty members of E&TC department and E&TC students were present for the event. The program started with Sarswati vandana. The BE student welcomed faculty, staff members and students.
Dr S.V. Chougule welcomed all for the event and introduced the students to the E&TC branch. She also shared detailed information about the department and different events which would be organized in the department. Ms A. A. Chavan, ASENT Faculty In-charge, congratulated students for arranging the event successfully. She motivated students to take part in different activities which would boost their confidence, leadership, team skills.
BE students shared their journey in the department and guided students regarding placements through their experiences. B.E. students arranged different online fun games for S. E. students to enable them to actively participate and interact with seniors.
This program served the following objectives:
- To welcome SE students in the department.
- To motivate students to participate in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities for balanced academics.
- To improve managing skills, leadership and team skills and overall personality of students.
- To improve the interaction between students of SE, TE, BE.
