One Week Workshop on Indian Railway Electrical System
The Indian Railway Electrical System Workshop with AC Coach Panel and Transformer Testing conducted at the Electrical Department on 1 August 2023.
The workshop was inaugurated by Dr. Mane J. J. Head of the Electrical Department. Prof D. Rajeshkumar, the Electrical Engineering Department, conducted the workshop. The workshop aimed to introduce participants to Electrical equipment testing and maintenance using different Electrical Instruments and testing kits and comparing testing results in Electrical Machine Lab.
Throughout the workshop, participants actively engaged with the material, asking and participating in discussions. The interactive sessions allowed them to grasp concepts effectively and apply their knowledge to real-world scenarios. The workshop was attended by the final-year students and was coordinated by Mr. Nitin Kelkar, Assistant Professor in the Electrical Department.
