One day Workshop on Introduction to Arduino Programming with Tinkercad
The Arduino Programming Workshop with Tinkercad was successfully conducted on August 11, 2023, at Govt. Polytechnic, Malvan. The workshop aimed to introduce participants to Arduino programming concepts and provide hands-on experience using Tinkercad simulations.
Resource Persons:
- Mane J. J., Head of the Electrical Engineering Department at FAMT.
- Ingle R. B., Assistant Professor in the Electrical Engineering Department at FAMT.
Participants: 30 students of third-year Diploma Electrical, Govt. Polytechnic, Malvan
Event Coordinator: The event was meticulously coordinated by Dr. Yogesh Mahadik, a dedicated Lecturer in the Electrical Department at Govt. Polytechnic, Malvan.
Acknowledgements:
Special thanks were extended to the Principal of Govt. Polytechnic, Malvan, for the support for organising the workshop and the Head of the Electrical Department at Govt. Polytechnic, Malvan, for encouragement and assistance.
Workshop Highlights:
The one-day workshop commenced with an engaging ice breaker activity, followed by a presentation introducing Arduino programming, Tinkercad simulations, and the workshop agenda. The resource persons delved into the basics of Arduino components, coding, and hands-on activities. Participants were guided through practical exercises such as LED blinking, push button interaction, and servo motor control. The highlight of the workshop was the mini project, where participants successfully designed a traffic light simulation using Tinkercad components.
Throughout the workshop, participants actively engaged with the material, asking questions and participating in discussions. The interactive sessions allowed them to grasp concepts effectively and apply their knowledge to real-world scenarios.
The event concluded with a Q&A session where participants clarified doubts and shared their experiences. Certificates of participation were distributed to all attendees as a token of appreciation.
The Arduino Programming Workshop with Tinkercad was a resounding success, providing participants with valuable insights into Arduino programming and hands-on experience using Tinkercad simulations. The event not only enriched their technical knowledge but also fostered a sense of curiosity and enthusiasm for future exploration in the field of electrical engineering.
