The Department of Mechanical Engineering celebrated International Women’s Day on 8th March, 2019 under ISHRAE Student Chapter activity.
It’s a day to reflect on the progress made, to call for change and to celebrate acts of courage and determination by ordinary women who have played an extraordinary role in the history of their countries and communities. A skit was performed by students depicting the struggle which women face while building their career.
The event was coordinated third year Mechanical Engineering student under the guidance of Prof. Hemant V Chavan, Prof. Abhijit M Date , Dr. Milind S Yadav, HoD, and Dr. Kaushal Prasad, Principal.
