Impact Lecture Series 2022 Session 3 & 4
Impact Lecture Series 2022 was organized in FAMT, under the directives of AICTE. Session 3 and 4 was conducted by the IEDC on 30th July 2022 for the students of FAMT. Two lectures were organized in this session.
The objective of the 3rd Session lecture was to give information regarding funding schemes from various government agencies. Mrs. Vidya Kulkarni, General Manager, District Industries Center, Ratnagiri delivered a very informative lecture. She explained the scenario of businesses in Ratnagiri District and the basic requirements for starting any business. She also explained some of the flagship schemes run by the government to promote the entrepreneurship culture.
The second lecture was delivered by Dr. Harish Tiwari, Principal, PCCOER, Ravet, Haveli, Pune. The objective of the lecture was to orient the students toward Innovation in projects done by them. The speaker gave a vision about how the students can innovate and file patents or copyrights. He also briefly explained some of the intellectual properties.
A total of 52 students and 03 students from FAMT attend this lecture series live. The session recordings would be available on the YouTube channel of IEDC for those who missed the event. Prof. Sumit Malusare in charge of Innovation Activities in IIC FAMT is coordinating the Impact Lecture Series event. Dr. Jayant J. Mane, President of IIC FAMT took initiative to organize the impact lecture series at FAMT. Dr. Kaushal Prasad, Principal, is the driving force behind this lecture series. Mrs. Aruna Katara madam, President HOPE Foundation, inspired team IEDC to organize the series.
