ITSA held a donation event Helping Hands for Flood Victims to help the victims of the recent Deadly-Flood in Kolhapur from 19th to 21st August, 2019 on FAMT campus.
It aimed to support the rehabilitation and provide a sense of security to the flood victims. The students and teachers of all branches of FAMT contributed by donating useful items for the flood victims such as, food, clothes, medicines and sanitary pads and also extending momentary support.
ITSA is grateful to NGO ‘Helping Hands’ who supported us by accepting the donation and transport it to Kolhapur for distribution to the flood victims. ITSA is also grateful to the college authorities, HoD and the faculty for their support and encouragement to the members to successfully handle the event. The donation event was coordinated by ITSA Faculty In-charge Ms. Priyanka Bandagale and ITSA head Pratik Borkar with the help of the members of ITSA committee.
