The Electrical Engineering Department of Finolex Academy of Management and Technology organized a ‘Farewell ceremony for graduating students of A.Y. 2020-21’ on 30th June 2021 through online mode. Seventy four (74) students of BE Electrical were present for the farewell ceremony. The program was hosted by Master Swapnil Pradkar and Master Nikesh Pandere, from TE Electrical. The objectives of the program were:
1) To cherish the memories of graduating students during their stay in college.
2) To bless the graduating students with well wishes for their professional career.
3) To collect the feedback about teaching learning process, various curricular and extracurricular activities and department functioning.
Master Nikesh Pendere extended welcome to Dr. Kaushal Prasad, Principal FAMT, Dr. Sandeep Chawda, Head of Electrical Engineering Department, department faculty and final year students. The function began with the enlightening speech of Principal Dr. Kaushal Prasad followed by speech of HoD, Electrical Engineering.
Prof. Jayant Mane, Prof. Milind Tagare, Prof. Suhas Mhabadi, Prof. Mangesh Modak, Prof. Sudhir Wamane, Prof. Priya Potdar and Prof. Leslie Fernandes shared their experiences and memories of the passing out students. Later, Nachiket Joshi, Siddhesh Chavan, Raj Kamble, Mohd. Shaikh, Shaikh Chand, Swarada Padhye, Mrunmayee Marathe, Saloni Babar, Ashish Shrikhande, Bhakti Talkatkar from passing out batch expressed their views on various department functioning. The session was then followed by Audio-visual presentation prepared by the students of TE Electrical Engineering which was appreciated by all the students.
The function ended with the vote of thanks by Master Swapnil Paradkar.
Prof. Milind N. Tagare and Prof. Suhas H Mhabadi organized the farewell ceremony under the guidance of Dr. Sandeep Chawda, Head of Electrical Engineering Department.
