FAMT Student Represented UoM at 9th International Tourism Mart for the North East Region
Samarth Shinde from B.E. Mechanical was selected to represent the University of Mumbai at the 9th International Tourism Mart for the North East Region organized at Kohima, Nagaland.
Ministry of Tourism in association with the Government of Nagaland organized the tourism mart from 27-29th November 2021, to engage various stakeholders to enhance and develop tourism opportunities in the North East. Under the guidance of the Hon. Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modi, 50 students representing the higher education sector, were also participated in the Mart for the very first time. The Association of Indian Universities sent 50 students from diverse academic and social backgrounds from different states to experience the beauty of the North East.
