Donation Drive for Flood Victims of Kerala
As a part of EESA’s social outreach initiative, the coordinators collected the funds and submitted to the college office to donate to Chief Minister’s Relief Fund for the flood victims of Kerala. The motive of this donation drive was not only providing the monetary help to the people of Kerala, but also to inculcate among students the value of giving something back to the society to when we owe something to the society.
The announcements for the same were made in all departments and each class of the college. The collection started from 24th August, 2018 and continued till 31st August. The total collected amount was ₹29,035. The event wouldn’t have been possible without the constant support of professors of all departments.
