ASHRAE FAMT Chapter conducted a STEM K-12 activity on 31st March 2022. The activity was conducted to advance the awareness, understanding, and appreciation of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) in the K-12 student population. The STEM K-12 activity consisted of multiple activities related to Science, Technology Mathematics and Engineering. The following Activities were conducted in School:
1. Fun Science Experiment
2. Drawing Competition
3. Stargazing for Kids
4. Reasoning Quiz and Puzzles
In total, 32 students from the school participated in this activity. The program was coordinated by FAMT ASHRAE student members under the guidance of faculty advisor Prof. Hemant Chavan and Dr M. S. Kirkire, Dean Academics and HoD Mechanical Department, Dr Kaushal Prasad, Principal.
