Seminar on “Engineering Admission Process-2022
A seminar on “Engineering Admission Process-2022” was conducted by Finolex Academy of Management and Technology, Ratnagiri on 18th September, 2022. The seminar was intended to provide valuable information regarding Engineering Admission Process for the academic year 2022-23 based on the previous year’s admission process. A total of 329 students aspiring for engineering admission along with their parents attended the seminar.
Dr Kaushal Prasad, Principal, FAMT welcomed all the attendees and discusses the mistakes likely to be committed by the students during the entire admission process. He also shared his thoughts on the importance of college selection during the process. Later, Dr Milind S. Yadav, Professor and Head of FAMT’s Career Counselling Cell delivered a presentation on the entire admission process about the previous year’s admission process. The list of documents required, institute selection criteria and key pitfalls to avoid during the admission process were discussed by Dr. Yadav. Dr. Kaushal Prasad shared key achievements of Finolex Academy at the end of the seminar.
During the question-answer session, the queries raised by the parents and students were also discussed and answered satisfactorily. During the interaction session, the parents and students thanked FAMT for organizing the seminar. The event was concluded with refreshments for the attendees, followed by their visits to the various departments.
The infrastructural arrangements for the seminar were looked after by Mr. Amey Raykar and his team, the registration desk and refreshments arrangements were looked after by Prof. Hemant Chavan and Prof.Shashank Tolye. The entire event was coordinated by Dr. Milind Yadav under the guidance of Mr. Gajanan Targaonkar, Registrar, FAMT and Dr. Kaushal Prasad, Principal, FAMT.
