A Workshop On Hydrodynamics of a Packed Column
A workshop on Hydrodynamics of a Packed Column was conducted on the 10th and 17th of October 2022 for third-year students in the department of Chemical Engineering. The workshop was conducted under the Mass Transfer Operations Laboratory to make students understand the hydrodynamics of a packed column. Prof. A. K. Bandsode conducted the workshop in two sessions. In the first session, theoretical aspects of the hydrodynamics of the packed column were covered which was followed by the laboratory session. The workshop was attended by 21 students and coordinated successfully by Prof. A. K. Bandsode and supported by Dr N. G. Kanse, Head of the Chemical Engineering Department.
