A Training Program on “Project Planning and Execution Practices”
A 03 days training program on “ Project Planning and Execution Practices“, was organized by the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, from 29th August to 31st August 2024. In this training program, final-year students were exposed to the importance of major projects from their career point of view, project topic selection, preparation and planning for the project and project execution practices.
The objectives of this training program were to:
- Understand the problem statement for the design and development of solutions to real-life problems.
- Equip final-year engineering students with the knowledge and skills to plan and schedule their projects effectively.
- Develop students’ skills in team collaboration, communication, and leadership, essential for successful project execution and delivery,
- Prepare them for the challenges of real-world project management in their future careers.
Dr. S. V. Chougule, HOD EXTC Department, graced the inaugural program and introduced and welcomed the resource person. Mr. Ajinkya D Dixit, Founder Aerobotix Techsolutions Pvt. Ltd, Kolhapur, conducted the training program. Team members Aditya Konnur and Harsha Patil contributed to the training program.
Prof. Amol R. Sutar and Dr. V. M. Galshetwar worked as Faculty Coordinator of the event under the guidance of Dr. S V Chougule. A total of 27 students (7 project groups) from BE EXTC actively participated in the training program and also shared their feedback at the end of this workshop.
