The Department of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering and Association for Students of Electronics and Telecommunication (ASENT) organized A Digital Awareness Program on the occasion of women’s day on 8th March, 2019 at Mahila Bachat Gat, Grampanchayat Mirjole, Ratnagiri. Prof. A A Chavan (Faculty Incharge ASENT) coordinated the program successfully under the guidance of Dr. S V Chougule, HoD.
In this program, the students demonstrated online banking, money transfer, payment of bills, online booking etc. The E&Tc students explained the net banking and its importance in this digital era to women in groups. Further, they learnt creating datasheets through Excel and using formulas in Excel-sheet instead of manual computation or calculator.
