One-day Workshop on Essential Skills of Electrical Engineers

The Electrical Engineering Department of FAMT successfully conducted a one-day workshop on “Essential Skills of Electrical Engineers” for Diploma students of Government Polytechnique, Ratnagiri. The workshop aimed to provide practical insights and technical knowledge to the participants, enhancing their understanding of electrical engineering concepts.

The event commenced with a welcome address by the Head of the Department Dr. Mane J.J. who emphasized the importance of skill development and industry-oriented learning. The faculty members of the department conducted various technical sessions, Dr Sudip Halder, Prof. Rupesh Ingle, Prof. Mangesh Modak, and Prof. Milind Tagare, provided free workshops to all the Diploma Students with basic programming on PLC, Arduino and interfacing of Robo car Hardware covering fundamental and advanced topics in electrical engineering. The sessions included interactive discussions, hands-on demonstrations, and problem-solving exercises to engage the students effectively. A total of 46 student participants attended. The workshop ended with a vote of thanks by Prof. Milind Tagare. The workshop was coordinated by Mr. Swapnil Mohite and Mr. Parashuram More.
