One Day workshop on “LaTeX: a Document Preparation System”
LaTeX is widely used system for typesetting various types of documents such as article, presentations, books, and reports etc.Keeping this in mind, one day workshop was conducted by the department of Information Technology on March 24, 2017. Prof. Santosh V Jadhav was a coordinator as well as resource person for the workshop. This workshop was intended to make students aware of typesetting the documents such as Project reports, Black book, and thesis using LaTeX. The workshop contents were delivered in the form of hands on practice.After attending this workshop, the participants will be able to typeset their final year project report using LaTeX as per guidelines of the Mumbai University.
Total 27 students and one faculty members attended the workshop. The students were from interdisciplinary streams.
