Department of Information Technology Organizes ISTE Approved STTP on Designing IoT Based Application for Smart Cities

The department of Information Technology organized ISTE approved STTP on Designing IoT Based Application for  Smart Cities from 29/01/2018 to 02/02/2018 for upgrading knowledge and teaching skills of the faculty members in in the field of Ubiquitous Computing.

Internet of Things is an integrated part of future internet. It could be defined as a dynamic global network infrastructure with self-configuring capabilities based on standard interoperable communication protocols where physical and virtual things have identities.

Total 18 faculty members from Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, and Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Departments and  nearby colleges attended lectures and hands on sessions conducted by the experts, Suryender Kumar and Abhishek Kumar from Intel – Fice Technical team and  Dr. Vinayak Bharadi HOD, IT. The STTP was coordinated by Dr. Vinayak Bharadi, Prof. Swati Powar and Prof. Prachi Abhyankar.
