Cultural Visit to Bangluru

FAMT promotes value based education which inculcating social responsibility and good citizenship amongst the students.  The visits to national heritage places provide an opportunity for better understanding and appreciation of Indian culture.

With this view, a cultural visit was organized by FAMT ISHRAE Students’ Chapter to Bengaluru city on 25th February, 2018. Total 18 student members of ISHRAE Students’ Chapter of S.E. and T. E. Mechanical visited various sites in one day trip.

A delightful destination, the city of Bangalore is beautifully decorated with parks, gardens, lakes and fountains. Following places were visited by students

  1. Tipu sultan summer palace
  2. Lalbaugh – Botanical garden and famous glass house.
  3. ISKON temple
  4. Bull temple

The visit was successfully arranged by FAMT ISHRAE Faculty Advisor Prof. Hemant V. Chavan and      Prof. Abhijit M. Date under the guidance of ISHRAE Thane Chapter Student Chair Mr. Sandeep Shinde and Ms. Nivedita Jadhav, Dr. Kaushal Prasad (Principal, FAMT),Dr. M. S. Kirkire (Head of Mechanical Engineering Department).
