Success in State Level Project Competition

Team FAMT Wins Third Position in State Level Project Competition

Nikita Bhosale and Punita Jadav from B.E. (Electronics) won third prize for their project Biometric Attendance Monitoring System at “M-exhibit 2K18”, a state level UG project competition. It was held on 17 February 2018, at P.E.S’s Modern College of Engineering in association with VIDYATHI VIKAS MANDAL, SPPU & IEEE Students Branch & IETE Students Forum.

The project “Biometric Attendance Monitoring System” is a handheld device that can be used to record attendance of students in the class with the help of biometric sensor. It also generates the monthly attendance record in the form of Excel sheet. The project was done under the guidance of Prof. Sandeep R. Nalage of Electronics Engineering Department.
